How do you ensure the beer stays fresh during shipping?
We use temperature-controlled packaging and expedited shipping methods to ensure your beer arrives as fresh as it was when it left our brewery.
Do I need to be present to sign for my delivery?
Yes. By law, an adult aged 21 or older must be present to provide a valid ID and sign for any package containing alcohol.
What is your return policy for damaged goods?
If your order arrives damaged or leaking, please take a photo and contact our support team within 48 hours for a full refund or a replacement shipment.
Where do you currently ship?
We currently ship to select states where direct-to-consumer alcohol sales are permitted. Please check our shipping map at checkout to see if your zip code is eligible.
Are your beers vegan-friendly?
Most of our core range is vegan-friendly; however, some specialty stouts may contain lactose. Please check the ingredient list on the specific product page for details.
Can I track my order once it has been dispatched?
Absolutely. As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your delivery progress.
